Raheem is his own man and he might just blink when it comes down to it, but I would be surprised now.
Chelsea also showing genuine interest in Ake at £50m.
Aké would surely swap being 4th choice here with starting for Chelsea?

I think you would just decide, whatever happened, that you won. I’m happy for you to think that. Probably better that you look up xG and xA before you move on to the other metrics City use.50 quid to the winners charity of choice?
Why would we sign Lewandowski when we have Haaland. Absolutely impossible that happens. Here a few we might go for if Sterling goes..
lewandowski
Felix
Neymar
Bowen
No it's pretty easy, you think grealish will have more goals and assists than kev next year. I don't. kev has more g/a I win, grealish does you do.I think you would just decide, whatever happened, that you won. I’m happy for you to think that. Can't be that confident of your opinion if you won't pur your money where you mouth is.
Where are you seeing those stats?
On understat he's shown as having expected assists at around half the rate of De Bruyne and below a couple of other city players too, including Jesus.
Quite agree - dreamy...Far better calves though
Correct Sterling does the total opposite imo he slows it down if anything, very rarely he attacks the goaline maybe a few occasions but so many times I've shouted at the TV espeacialy away from home when he just stops & cuts it back when the play has been moved quicklyCorrect on Sterling, he's the type that likes to slow a defender down as his 1st couple of yards like you say are decent
Most small players are like that, I look at genuine pace the likes of Walker, Sane,(pre injury) Haaland, (prime) Bale etc, they move up through the gears and get quicker they are all well built tall powerful athletic types, that's the mould that produces genuine pace and power, Sterling isn't in that mould
No Dobsy said that. But if you would like a bet on xA or Progressive runs or Progressive Passes per minutes played I think you should know what they are first.
My main point is that Grealish performed just fine last season and will improve further with the arrival of Haaland.
I couldn't give a shit about what expected stats are I actually go off what they've actually done. 3 goals and 3 assists is piss poor not fine. Iv offered dobsy the same bet, there's no pressure to take part so I won't repeat it again .No Dobsy said that. Bollocks to that if we lose Jesus & Sterling in 1 week then press the nuclear button & go big ball on Bellingham, now that would be fun?????????50 mil the reported price for Gnabry he’s a very underrated player. Wages is the reason Bayern can’t agree a new deal with him. Plays on the right and has the number seven
That’s a bold prediction to make"At present"
I'll stick my neck out and say I expect him to get more goals and assists than De Bruyne next season.
You can bookmark me on it if you like, I'll hold my hands up if I'm wrong.
He had comfortably the highest expected assists in the league last season but we were wasteful. We all know that, much as they're top class, Sterling and Jesus have often been the culprits for that. Next season we should be more efficient and Grealish's stats will benefit.
I think you've misunderstood me, Sterling doesn't like to get in a foot race, he slows things down to allow himself to use that explosive couple of yards to get himself away from a defender, basically starting from a dead start, he's what I would call a nippy winger, but not a real speed merchant in the way of walker, for exampleCorrect Sterling does the total opposite imo he slows it down if anything, very rarely he attacks the goaline maybe a few occasions but so many times I've shouted at the TV espeacialy away from home when he just stops & cuts it back when the play has been moved quickly
Well I don’t go off that as it’s only a part of a player’s overall contribution.I couldn't give a shit about what expected stats are I actually go off what they've actually done. 3 goals and 3 assists is piss poor not fine. It’s the calves, hair combo that does it for me.Quite agree - dreamy...
No it's the cheeky smile, hypnotising eyes and the doesn't give a fuck attitude which makes his irresistibleIt’s the calves, hair combo that does it for me.
Whatever he has been I've seen enough of him in a City shirtI think you've misunderstood me, Sterling doesn't like to get in a foot race, he slows things down to allow himself to use that explosive couple of yards to get himself away from a defender, basically starting from a dead start, he's what I would call a nippy winger, but not a real speed merchant in the way of walker, for example
If you lined him up in a 50 yard dash with Walker, he would be in front up to 5/10 yards, then Walker who has genuine sprinters pace takes him
His cutting back is due to the inverted wingers he needs to come back inside on his favoured right foot
The Villa game where he crossed from the right for Gundys goal was what Raz wants a couple of yards a cross a goal
He isn't really the type of player for an inverted winger role, there are better options in the squad, Grealish, Foden, Bernado etc
THEYStill not seen any fee mentioned but only a 2 year contract seems odd? Perhaps concerns over his recent injury record? Perhaps it's a 2 year loan rather than outright sale and he's already extended here?
