I would seriously like to know after reading an article online that Barcelona think they can sign Bernardo for 40M less than what City value him at.

I mean seriously what are they Smoking there in Barcelona. And I just don’t get why we are all buddy/buddy with them. I get the old execs and coach aspect but come on no one will back City up when we need anyone‘s help.

They only paid the first instalment in June, six months after Torres joined them. They couldn’t even afford to even make the first down payment in January.
