I'll say it now, I'll be disappointed with Felix, since I consider him neither a big name nor even an upgrade on Jesus. He's a squad player at Madrid even when fit.

Can anyone think of any player other than Felix or Neymar who might fit the bill?
Not Messi or Ronaldo, certainly not anyone who's just signed a new deal like Mbappe or Vinicius. Lewandowski and Benzema make no sense since we just signed Haaland and Alvarez. I can't see us signing a big CB like Marquinhos since we don't need a big name signing there.

The only left back I can think of who fits the bill is Theo Hernandez and he's just got a new contract. Kante, Kimmich, Son, Goretzka, Muller, I seriously doubt it (though I'd be fucking delighted with Son, let's face it, it's not realistic).

I think it's got to be Neymar.

Can only think of Messi or Neymar as huge names, possibly Lewandowski. Neymar would make sense but, based on personality, not the kind of player we would sign.

Big but not huge: Alphonso Davies, Joshua Kimmich, Joao Felix or Jude Bellingham.
