Stop swinging the bat - push the singles next 4 or 5 overs without losing a wicket and then finish it off - this is where Lancs need to improve with guidance from the bench. But punish the bad ball just like that.

No. The occasional boundary will suffice, along with regular ones and twos. 4 or 5 boundaries in the remaining overs would be fine. Just keep the dot balls to a minimum. Keep the scoreboard ticking over at a nice, regular pace (nothing manic).
