He was brilliant with the wonderful (sadly gone) Kirsty Howard. I thought “he’s not a total ****”.

It was the tracksuit with his sponsors name on it. (Who weren't even an official sponsor of the games) that made me think it was all about him. Team Beckham are all about Team Beckham.

I wish the games well and hope the Brummies put on a decent show of it all.

Upgraded the existing Alexandra Stadium - always used for athletics.

I do hope the Games do well but I wish it had been back in Manchester. Because not only do we have the BEST FOOTBALL TEAM IN ALL THE LAND AND ALL THE WORLD we have the BEST CITY and PEOPLE in all the land and all the world.

Glasgow was referred to as the “Second City of the Empire” when the old British Empire existed.
Birmingham are claiming to be the second city in England. Ridiculous when we all know that it’s Wells, Somerset followed by Manchester.

Same here, my Union HQ is based just outside in Rednal and I spent a lot of time there with all the Brummie staff!! I have a bunch of relatives who live in Kings Heath and Kings Norton and torment them as well. :-) ;-)
