Good to see the English crowd right behind her, at the end of the day she's a British athlete.

Kudos to O’Dowda, O’Connor and Mills in the heptathlon there. As the commentators said, the future of the event is looking really healthy for us, with Emerson to come back too. I understand KJT is giving the Europeans a miss, but I hope the other 3 are going.

On another note, swimming at this speed looks absolutely exhausting. I think I’d just end up sinking with no energy to get back above water.
