Maybe he is not that good for them considering their injuries. West Ham seem the mostly likely of destinations.
He turned down West Ham. Moyes confirmed that.
It doesn't mean he is immediate target for us. He could happily stay at Lyon for one more season and see what are his options are next summer.

The same for both. Sporting don't really need to sell this season.
Probably have to wait one more season for that.
Why is that?
Bernardo isn't going to leave this season and if he does Nunes might not be the replacement for numerous reasons

If Bernardo goes I’d be staggered if we signed anyone but Nunes. Pep has put on record in the past he likes him a lot too.
I personally don’t think we will replace Bernie this summer but if we do it’ll be this lad.

I know we splattered Sporting, but the only reason I noticed Nunes is because everyone kept going on about him. To be honest, I didn't see anything outstanding from him. \0/

Absolutely mate - a huge downgrade.
I do disagree with you that we won’t replace Bernie if he does leave this summer though.
We very rarely get stuff like this wrong, but we did fuck it up completely with both Vinnie’s replacement in 2019, and Zin’s this summer. We won’t want to make the same mistake again.
Given we don’t need to sell Bernardo at all this summer, I simply can’t see us opening ourselves to the same kind of problems we had with both the above two when there’s no reason to do so.
The Club have said directly through Pep and indirectly through briefings to their chosen media that he only goes if we’ve got a replacement.
I see no reason why we’d intentionally go against our stated position and weaken our squad when we don’t have to.
