Ha ha no one is paying that, the energy companies themselves have already realised this, if they cut off all those who can’t and won’t pay, they won’t be getting any cash, watch them profits tumble and shareholders shit themselves. I’m afraid the energy companies have to take the hit on this, maybe only make £5billion rather than 10!

“They do not have the time or the skills to do the work of the welfare system. The government has not discussed this with us in any form – floating these sorts of proposals via the media is deeply unprofessional.”
 
I still pay my gas and electric by cheque. Have never let the cunts near my bank account by doing that fucking direct debit shite. They phone my wife every month to say how much less I'd be paying if I went to direct debit, they've been at it for years. Fuck them. Always wait for the reminder as well. I've even fucked about with the cheque in the past - not signed it, just to fuck them around.

It isn`t just gas and elecy that will rise though is it . The forecasted rises will send shockwaves through every industry . Everything will jump up in price massively as companies try to recoup some of their out goings .

All of the proposals are fucking ridiculous. Seen the one about if you have a smart meter and don't use any energy during peak times your bills will be cut? So peak times when you need it the most you are supposed to just sit in your house in the cold and dark to save a few quid.
 
Pensioners should lock everything down and fuck off somewhere warmer, that's cheap, for six months. Unfortunately they can no longer do that in the EU without a visa but savvy hotels in Spain and the like will be doing their utmost to make that happen easily if they had any sense. Loads of them used to do this in Benidorm. Although the weather wasn't that hot they'd stay warm inside hotels. All British TV, food, entertainment and save on fuel bills.

And businesses aren’t subject to a cap, so expect a wave of closures and job losses.
Still, at least we’ve got control of our laws and borders and, always remember, ‘it’d be worse under Labour’.……..
