Talk of him buying a house in Cheshire is long overdue.

I’ve said it many times but I don’t understand this recent trend of players living in the city centre as opposed to Wilmslow, Alderley Edge, Prestbury etc

The place where Bernardo currently lives is a nice apartment but it’s a 2 min walk away from a shit hole.

He can now walk John the dog in the countryside and hopefully feel at home more.
Seems much more his thing, tennis court, nice pool, bbq etc. Better walks.Hopefully makes all the difference.

Surprised to see no comments, but got a goal and assist and surprisingly to me, back to RW, perhaps Pep just really favouring Gundogan centrally as he gets goals.

Pretty happy with his display.

best player on the pitch...crucial for the turnaround in the 2nd half

Wow. Just wow. I don’t give a flying fuck how much is offered, he must stay. I’d forgotten what a winger who does anything other than pass backwards looked like.

I know people don’t like him on the wing but he offers something different. Mahrez will find it tough to get back in if Pep decided to use Bernie there for prolonged periods while Gundo starts in the middle with Kev.

At the moment it doesn’t look to me like Bernie and Gundo are competing for the CM role alongside KDB. Both deserve to be in the side and it’s Mahrez who gets splinters in his arse.

Gundogan also seems to be on form as well. Even when he came on, nice touches, one touch, his assist. He has to start all of them normally, and as you put it, has to be Mahrez getting splinters.

I worried last season that Gundo was on the wind down. However, he’s looking as good as ever when it comes to impacting games with big moments.

As bad as his 1st half was, he was imperious in the 2nd half. One of his best performances in the 2nf half.

Indeed. It’s a weird one for me, unless City already have plans for how the midfield will look then him leaving wouldn’t be surprising. Going out on a high and all that. I personally don’t want to see him getting older and not being as imperious as he currently is.

Its kev or Bernie for me,thats how to get the very best out of our team.

Gundogan starts every time.
