Different perspective on things. ??For the life of me, I can't see the appeal of these watchalong videos. Why would you want to watch someone watching the game? Very strange.

Hmm. Maybe.Different perspective on things. ??
Understandably, 93:20 keep the best stuff for the subscribers. They cover a lot of legal/financial stuff and one of the rotating hosts is a referee at a lower level. His insights are fascinating. He seems a really nice guy but he’s a bit boring to listen to and I find the constant references to athletic articles a bit tedious.
Enjoy 93:20 depending on whose on it, I wouldn’t pay for it though.
Never got the appeal of fan YouTube channels always a bit cringe for me.

For the price of a pint a month I think it’s great value. Probably not one for the old school (you’ve got Cheeseman’s efforts for that) or the banter merchants, but I find it the right balance between entertainment and insight.
For pure comedy value Noisy Neighbours is ace. You won’t learn anything but the hosts are really funny and likeable.
I’m gonna start one for us oldies over 40 and ban all these kids sayings and fascination with stats
The podcast and vlogging landscape has changed so much in the last few years and it's totally different to when we started doing BMP in 2009. I would go as far as to say that there's probably something for everyone these days, but it can be a case of hunting around to find it -- certainly I think anyone who dismisses it all is missing out on something that they might like. There's immediate reaction podcasts and videos, there's analysis, there's interviews, there's 'fan experience' stuff... there's all sorts really. It's just about trying it and seeing what you like.
I do think -- and I'm not talking specifically about BMP here, but I'd obviously love it if and when it happens! -- that people who enjoy the content should tell the creators that and should watch/support/share it. It's a difficult world, time-consuming and often costs more money than it makes -- and City don't give a lot of support themselves to fan-media, which is an area they could. After all, we're supporters of the club, we're pre-disposed to see the best in them!
So if you watch a video or listen to a podcast you like, tell your City-supporting mates because even an extra few viewers or listeners to Steven McInerney, Ian Cheeseman, us, Noisy Neighbours, Why Always Us?, Maine Road Ramble... whoever... all helps!
Listening to Noisy Neighbours makes me want to go to America and visit some of the supporters club pub meet-ups. They sound really fun and 'wholesome' in a good way.I agree with all of this, particularly Noisy Neighbours, they're a fun pairing, they keep the blue moon rising in North America with great enthusiasm. Anyone who's watched a match with our American supporters clubs in their bars and whatnot will know its a fantastic atmosphere everywhere you go, they all work so hard to keep their long distance love affair going.

Surely if you are able to watch / listen to a podcast in Strangeways you can watch the game on a stream too?FWIW I'm going away for 3 months from October and will probably not get to see a single game of football from the derby to the new year, so I'm very grateful I'm going to have podcasts like Why Always Us, The Bluemoon Podcast and 93:20 to keep me updated on how things are going while I'm away.
You should. And you shouldnt.....Listening to Noisy Neighbours makes me want to go to America and visit some of the supporters club pub meet-ups. They sound really fun and 'wholesome' in a good way.
Haha.You should. And you shouldnt.....
There are some great people in the Tampa Bay Blues..... but then you meet characters like one I called Mr 28 days....
Came down about 2 months before the Champs League final v Cheslea with a scarf on and told us all he'd been a fan for 28 days and was here to take in his first game. The next game he was a walking souvenir shop rivaling Pete The Badge.......
Come last season and around October and I hadn't seen him at any game - asked someone if they had seen / heard from him and the reply was "I texted him a few weeks back asking where he was at games and the reply came back that he supports Barcelona now....".
Then I went last season to the Orlando supporters club pub for the derby at OT as was in that area for the weekend. Game is 15 mins in and this bloke in his 40's comes in.... tells everyone he's just got into "soccer" and picked City.....stands next to me and after 5 mins asks me to explain the offside rule...... I said I will during half time. But he wants to know it NOW.....would have been quicker telling him the offside rule than time spent telling him I'll tell it him at half time.....
Stood nowhere near him the 2nd half....
