Only Americans at moment with the boys networks and debt backed finance hubs willing to strip all assets in future years. If they have enough teams imagine if they moved the PL all across to the US!?If Leicester put the club up for sale they’ll be plenty of Americans interested
Also think Chelsea are just spending because they have given undertaking to spend that money. Once it’s gone landscape will look different.

The buy back clause ended but I think the sell on clause for Luiz is still valid.
I'll try to find out where I read this.
