I still think we should just challenge this whole ffp bullshit in court, it's clearly corrupt and a blatant attempt to hold us back. We shouldn't just sit and take it, but be more like PSG.

The fact we didn't win the CL suggests we weren't quite capable. Although clearly refereeing decisions were diabolical, if we score enough they can't disallow them all! Imagine our squad plus Mahrez and Mbappe or Hazard or Neymar added to it. No-one could live with us, not even Liverpool and their tame referees.

I don't really subscribe to what others would say think or feel. If we have the money Ffo, permitting, I would want City to spend as much as it takes. The issue for me is quality and age. Spending 50 mil on 30 to 31 year olds, no matter how good, are the kind of signings that would draw concern.

Yes, the fee we paid was 3.5mil, so hopefully we made a profit on this one. The price Shakhtar paid hasnt been confirmed yet but will post if I see it!;)
