Premier League Games 3/4 Sept '22

Is the "clear and obvious" criteria still used? I don't hear it mentioned anymore so I presume not. Especially as it does not sound like a clear and obvious error was made to initially award the West Ham goal thus needing a VAR review?

Can't understand why the refs don't have the balls to say “No, Stockley Park, the clear and obvious error is yours, and I'm not reversing my decision”. Why is it now simply assumed that the ref will overturn their decision if it's questioned by VAR.

That's not a foul. No chance. But they usually change their minds when they go the monitor - oh for goodness sake.

Have we had a ref who’s had the balls yet to stick with his original decision? Disgrace of a free kick that, Moyes has every right to call VAR and the officials out.

Doesn’t help that Mendy was pretending as well…how can the ref go and watch that, and then chalk it off?

If a keeper wipes out a player when he gets the ball, it’s ok but now this? Well, I’ve had my mini rant about VAR and officials today. Nothing else from me this season.

They have just mentioned it on bein. Saying the ‘foul’ on Chelsea’s keeper was definitely not a clear and obvious error. But they would understand and accept it if van dicks would have been reviewed and a red issued.

Until next week ;-)

I thought if you were from Salford you were more likely to support Man U?
Obviously.....the Rag cunts don't have exclusivity.

As has been pointed out to you,Salford has plenty of Blues and with the kids wanting to associated with success and superstars....that number is increasing rapidly.

Could not have expressed it any better!

after having seen the ridiculous and insane var decisions or non-decisions today i'm 100% certain they have now doubled down on "any top team that can challenge city for the title has to be saved".

whatever you say won't change my mind
