In two games against Liverpool, there was the bottling of sending Milner off at Anfield and then the perfectly good goal by Sterling at the Etihad chalked off. Bingo has selective amnesia of the help they got to make it a title race.
Foden should have had a penalty at Anfield, Milner should have got 3 yellow cards, never mind 2.

At the Etihad Fabinho and Thiago should have been sent off, Fabinho’s could have been a straight red.

And the Sterling offside that was suspect as fuck.

We should have had 6 points really from those two games and that would have ended it.

Think talk of their demise is probably a bit premature, but it’s beautiful seeing them struggle at the moment, especially with Klopp handling it with his usual grace and decorum. Hard to tell if this break has come at a good time for them (chance to regroup, get injured players back etc) or if it will just allow the rot to fester. Let’s hope it’s the latter.
