First Trump lied that he didn't take and never had any classified documents. Then he lied that he did have some but already gave them all back. Then he lied that he did still have them but he'd declassified them. The he lied that the FBI had planted them. Now he's lying that he had no idea any were in the desk drawer in his office at Mar-a-Lago.

And his first set of lawyers that signed statements saying everything was handed back - are off the job and have their own lawyers ready to defend themselves. And his new lawyers are not willing to use any of these 'excuses' in court fillings. He basically has no defence.

The only thing that winds me up is why he is still free. This is the slam dunk they have been after. Just arrest him and get him on trial - let him make these claims to a jury instead of on fox news.

Lindell has very weird back story, he had massive drug and gambling issue yet managed to get sober and start a company. Its a bit of a grift operation aimed at TV infomercials but no doubt made him a lot of money. But his family had plenty to start with, hence he was able to get massively into gamblig and crack cocaine and still come out the other side and start a business. Most people with his prior lifestyle end up dead.

He seems to have replaced drugs and gambling with religion, and then supplemented religion with right wing conspiracy BS.

Would be great to see him in court. Guy can't shut up.

Judge Aileen Cannon just appointed Raymond J. Dearie as special master and has rejected the DOJ's request for partial stay. Accordingly, the DOJ will now seek relief from the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals.

In retrospect, this latest decision by Judge Cannon seems to have something of a fait accompli, as the special master Dearie was approved of by both Trump and the DOJ (the DOJ of course rejects the notion that a special master is required but to the extent that one is necessary, Dearie was approved) and in terms of the request for stay - it's hardly likely that Cannon was going to admit a mistake in her initial ruling.

I hope all the women who have unplanned pregnancies dump all their babies on his doorstep and let him bring them up with all the expense etc babies cost. I think he would change his mind pretty fast after that.
