Thank you. I just feel full of bad flu at the mo - earache, thumping head, stuff neck, shivers, and a sore throat starting too. Trying not to worry, but I kind of am - terrified of ending up in hospital and leaving my family esp my little boy.

I’ve had exactly the same for four to five days. Keep hydrated and try to eat little and often even if it’s hard to swallow I’m sure you’ll be fine

THERE has been another big rise in the number of Covid-19 patients in hospital.

Coronavirus patients in Mid and South Essex NHS hospitals are back into triple figures, rising to 106 as of last Tuesday.

That was up from 63 on the same day the previous week.

people being off with Covid each wave is a big hit thats for sure. expect a lot of procedures to be cancelled again from next month.

It's not gone away though has it? I imagine it'll stay near the top of the page as we head towards winter.

I’ve got the same. Plenty of rest, fluids and paracetamol and try not to get too stressed about it. Every hour is an hour towards feeling better.
