He’s a US mayor!Like everything, SM has its positive and negative elements.
Giving a voice to pond life and liars trying to influence the gullible are definitely part of the negative elements of it.
The person that’s fabricated that story deserves prison time.
Oh dear. Not quite got the hang of this, have you. He’s a US mayor!
Not sure if this was a brilliant meta joke or you just missed the point, but I laughed. He’s a US mayor!
Having the vaccine isn’t just about protecting yourself, it’s about protecting the wider population as well as yourself. What is the % chance a person in peak condition with no underlying health conditions, will die,or even become severely ill, from catching Covid?
I was testing negatively for three days before I ended up testing positive.Seems right as rain now… I, on the other hand, feel like utter shit but at still testing negative, and that’s after 3 further tests.
You cant tell an antivaxxer and denier anything , selfish lotHaving the vaccine isn’t just about protecting yourself, it’s about protecting the wider population as well as yourself.
What the chances are of a person with healthy lungs becoming severely ill or dying from Covid is neither here nor there compared to there being less virus around. The more people are vaccinated, the less of the virus is multiplying in respiratory cells therefore there is ever decreasing amounts of the virus being spread and the people who it will affect the most will be more protected.
Masks are mostly about protecting others, as masks reduce the amount of droplets being breathed out into the air so in confined spaces other people are breathing in less of the virus from infected people.
Washing hands is also mainly about protecting others, as you are touching door handles and other things that the wider population will also touch with less virus on your hands therefore less of the virus is spread. Always with the thought of the person at the end of the chain who are most vulnerable to the virus.
This collective effort has been about the collective since the virus came around. It’s not about me or you, it’s about those who it will affect the most (and that’s not just with illness, but also with peoples’ livelihoods because the more of the virus is around, the more it affects businesses).
3 months is when the chances of contracting the virus starts to increase again. But antibodies last longer than that.My booster jab was injected on the 22nd of November and I read somewhere it's life expectancy was just 3 months.
Is this still the case and we do not need any more or should I worry (as an older person) that a second ie 4th injection booster should appear?
