Easy to take these games for gramted supporters and players but we turned out in our numbers and got behind the team and the players turned it on , could have easily have been double figures and some of the football was breathtaking. Some players gaining much needed match fitness and acdemy players getting some worthwhile minutes.
Pefect all round performance , considering we had Rodri.Walker and Stones injured and the hat-trick heroes from Saturday on the bench , drink it in.
 
Don't think we could've asked for more from tonight. A comfortable win with everyone doing their bit. Another 2 goals for the Striking Viking and Alvarez getting off the mark in CL too. Pep bringing the youngsters on for more than 5 minutes of game time. A clean sheet, no injuries, a perfect night really.
 
Good percormance from all the team tonight. Weather awful but happy to say I dodged the showers walking to and from the ground. Think the early leavers would have got a soaking. Never under any real pressure and controlled the play well. Grealish inventive and always looking to drive forward. Thought the youngsters who came on did very well indeed.
 
Terrible advert for the Champions League, an incredible advert for Man City.

Nowt left to say about Haaland. Never seen anything like him.

Shout out to Grealish's performance. Looking good.

Then Gomez and the kids that came on probably need a shout as well.

What a team. What a blessing.
 
A far more entertaining game than I anticipated
I thought we'd stroll through it at less than walking pace, but we actually played with pace and some urgency
Not surprised Haaland was subbed off at half time, but surprised Gundogan was on for the full 90. In my mind that means Rodri is back this weekend

A Grealish goal was deserved, but just couldn’t pull it off. Had a fantastic game!

Left at full time and got soaked. You must have hung on a bit at the end.
 
Another fabulous performance tonight from the team, It was a perfect night really with Haaland getting two goals and being rested in the second half for the weekend along with no injuries. Really really happy to see Grealish playing his game the last three weeks he's been a joy and watch hopefully he continues this form and plays huge parts in helping get results.
 
Perfect professional performance. On it from the off, got the game won before halftime, took off key players to keep them fresh, kdb, Rodri and foden got nights off, excellent use of the academy too to rest the key players. Scored 5 goals and kept a clean sheet. Couldn't ask for more, be equally as professional next week in Denmark and we will have qualified regardless and can put out whatever side we want in the last 2 games to help us through a heavy fixture list. We've become ruthlessly efficient at navigating the groups, long may it continue.

Only a couple of mins, just clapped them off. Don't think many hung around. Even Haaland only ran on clapped a couple of stands then ran back off and he normally walks all around four stands. By the time I got down the rain had eased off a bit.
