It comes down to if his arm was in a natural position or not which is completely down to interpretation. There is a reason why handball decisions have and be debated forever.This is incorrect.
These are the current rules being used in the CL.
As confirmed on Paramount+ plus coverage by their current IFAB certified official and rules expert a few minutes ago, in order for Mahrez’s handball to rule out Rodri’s goal the referee had to deem it as intentional (unintentional handball in the build up is no longer grounds to disallow).
No one can come up with a black and white ruling coz there isn't one.
