The British Monarchy

Can't remember when exactly the no sick jokes clause was inserted in the rules, I'm sure it wasn't there 9-10 years ago.
I guess that depends on what makes a joke sick. You could argue using “Now then, now then”etc. as a response to anything is sick, but doesn’t get deleted.

I’’m sure the mods will do what they deem right.

Why don't you point out to us where in "the constitution" it says The PM can govern what events the monarch attends?
Erskine May. Parliament. Para 1.4
in essence, the sov may only act on ministers advice. If the gov advise the sov not to attend a conference he/she would trigger a constitutional crisis by ignoring that advice. The limit on the royal prerogative is the key constitutional convention. For example, the sov has the power to appoint the Archbishop of Canterbury but only does so on the advice of the PM.

That’s not a quote because the rule doesn’t exist. The monarch doesn’t have to invoke royal perogative to go to a conference.

It’s true. They don't wear them, so they can exit the vehicle quickly. As they have a police escort in most instances they aren't at much risk of a collision.

Diana likely most likely acquired the lack of wearing a seat belt from the royal family.

She was wearing a seat belt. It was her bodyguard Trevor Rees-Jones who ironically wasn't, and he survived.

All protection officers don't wear belts, so they can react with a sidearm.

The belt actually caused Diana most of the internal injuries and aorta damage.

Better tell the PM then, Erskine May is wrong, Bagheot is wrong, probably Blackstone L.J. too. The sov cannot just swan off abroad and represent Britain cos he feels like it.
