Yes he had to get his hands down and he couldn't do it in time, it wasn't like the Mahrez one against Dortmund where the keeper easily saved it because it was at perfect height for him.

I personally don’t have a problem with the Cancelo decision, my hope is just that anytime that happens in the box referee gives a penalty. Because sometimes they decide it is shoulder to shoulder other times it is a barge.
