Would be interesting if you said to every PL manager you could choose Foden or Mount. They’d al choose Foden. No wonder Southgate did so badly as a club manager. Fortunate for him there’s a lot of shit teams at international level who are in transition and he’s getting away with it. On top of that he’s going to mismanage one of England’s greatest group of players. Shove your waistcoat up your arse you ugly ****.

I presume Southgate’s trusts him and work rate of the ball is why he gets picked like all of Southgates starting 11

Mount seems to play up/beyond his club form for England. He’s a tidy player and scores and links play well for the national side. Foden always gives the impression of trying a bit too hard if that’s possible and takes more chances and plays it less safe. It means when things don’t come off he garners more negative attention.
That’d be my take anyway.
At this stage of the comp, either player should be sufficient!

Why do these people feel they have to wear rainbow coloured clothes to a football match? If they went in an English shirt on they wouldn’t get noticed or is that the problem,they want people to know their sexual orientation and stand out in a crowd

A football manager is allowed to have his faves, Southgate has managed to slutch his way to the latter parts of comps so feels he’s earned the right to put Mount in.
