CAS judgement: UEFA ban overturned, City exonerated (report out p603)

There’s obviously some bad news coming and they are quickly trying to distance themselves from it
Maybe the scousers are hacking again or the asthma outlier is finally being investigated
No pun intended but wouldn’t hold my breath tbf
The PL product must be protected at all costs
It says everything when even Serie A has more ethics by sanctioning Juve than the criminals who run the Premier League

Funny that the red mardarse clubs owners look like they could be bailing too.
Do they know what's coming a la Juve and are getting the fuck out of dodge?

Would make my year if it was.

Juve scandal…City must be blamed or associated in some way. Sure we have been cooking the books for years according to our cuntish competitors.

Football is rotten apart from the mighty blues.

Juventus’ entire board has resigned following investigations surrounding ‘false accounting’.

Another advocate or FFP. Another Advocate of the Super League.

Are the blinkers coming off for the neutrals or will people finally start to realise which type of clubs are ‘bad for football’?
No . the comments on the Daily Fail article are full of comments about us.

Wasn't one of the deals being investigated the Cancelo/Danilo trade?

I see there’s no outrage again involving another club. Let’s be clear why City are the ones who are so heavily criticised. It’s just pure racism towards the owners simple as.

Or put it his way: Crazy Italians doing corrupt stuff again. What do you expect? Hahahaaaa .. and .... Man city ruining football with their financially sound success. The bastards.

I think so, but not to do with City's conduct.
From memory, it was how it was reported in Juventus' accounts that was the issue, along with a whole raft of other transfers.

At our end we would be doing it all above board just because of the spotlight on us continually !

At Juventus end how they do there accounting is there business!

It's not to do with the dodgy transfers (that's a case called plusvalenza)

The Italian papers are saying this is to do with how they accounted for & paid wage deferrals over covid, seemingly done in a way to try and minimise/cover up losses and in doing so falsified their books and committed tax fraud.

In May and June 2020, 23 players in the squad signed agreements to reduce their salaries by four months during the COVID-19 pandemic to help the club get through this difficult period.
Instead, it was reported and it seems as if Juve are struggling to prove otherwise, that the players gave up only one month’s salary. They seemingly continued to be paid wages ‘in the black’ – allowing the players and club to avoid taxes, but also falsifying the salary bill to make it seem as if the books were balanced. If there is indeed evidence of this, it would be financial fraud.
