I hope he doesn't retire immediately, I'd like to see him play for Argentina for a bit with all the pressure off, just enjoying himself and soaking up the love. Like seeing Joe Root after letting the captaincy go.

Gundogan? Won it in 2014, joined us in 2016. So, he did hold a World Cup winner's medal while a City player, which is what you asked. Also, Mendy. Won a medal in 2018, joined us in the previous summer. And David Silva. Won it in 2010, joined us on July 14th.
