Thought Leeds were dreadful. Was expecting a far tougher game. We played well in spells but missed some great chances to make it a landslide. Still it was a good win on a crap pitch with a terrible referee. De Bruyne and Lewis were excellent.

It's not pleasing really, we were playing a team near the bottom of the table, we won't get that many chances against the likes of Arsenal, and we really do need to be more clinical, and we need to tighten up at the back, as Leeds could have had a couple of goals at the end

It’s pleasing in comparison to the shit show against Brentford which wasn’t particularly an anomaly before the WC. If we carry on like that, we’ll be fine.

We raise our game in the ‘bigger’ games anyway.

Decent performance. Kevin and Rico Lewis were exceptional. Strong performances also from Stones and Rodri. Grealish was much better in the second half and created a number of opportunities. Mahrez anonymous as usual.

If Lewis keeps playing like that then he’ll certainly cement his place in the starting lineup. Last couple of games showed great energy and maturity. Really impressed by him.

6 week Premier League break means we were obviously a bit rusty.

Hope we see the Grealish we saw in the second half more this season.Was actually surprised Pep subbed him and left Mahrez on tbh.I thought that and Rico sub killed us a bit.Strange Fella sometimes Pep.

Maybe he felt Grealish was very good in the second half and fancies him for the next game and was giving him a rest because he put a real shift in today, even in the first half when the quality wasn’t there.

Hard to tell with Pep though.
