The game summed up our season. Passing it for the sake of it, no aggression or intent, shocking defending, piss poor game management and another failure to make substitutions when we needed to do it. One thing goes against us and we collapse.

Certain players continue to live off past achievements. Bernado was utterly wank, again, and he needs shipping out this month if there’s a bid for him. KDB looks unfit again and if it wasn’t for Rodri we’d struggle to get into the top six.

Guardiola needs to sort it out, drop the worst offenders and pick a consistent team before he can rebuild in the summer. And he also needs to stop fucking about with tactics and playing people out of position. We’ve come to the end of a cycle with the current group of players, but he’s having a very poor season and it needs to change.

VAR meant to overrule clear and obvious errors. Linesman called it as offside. Bent as fuck.

Rashford ran to the ball and our players slowed down thinking ‘he’s offside’ so he clearly got involved in the play.

But United were building up to a goal anyway. All we were doing was giving the ball away so they’d still have scored and probably won. We were a shambles after our goal.

A chance always happens with us, but that would have been locked off and it wouldn't have got their tails up.

We can talk about the offside decision but at the end of the day we had one shot on target in the whole game and only played decent for about 20 minutes

As bad as the decision is, you can’t expect to play teams in the top four, have one shot on target and be winning games

We had just begun to take control of the match (after having gone a goal up).

Without that decision, we likely continue on that course.

The decision changed the match, our concentration was shit and their momentum went through that leaky roof (especially when they knew then beyond a shadow of a doubt they were getting the benefit of decisions throughout).

Anyone arguing otherwise has never actually played football and understood how biased (in this case infuriatingly so) officiating impacts a team’s performance.

Dominated them whilst not creating much but we didn’t have to and then Attwell makes what will arguably be the worst decision of the season. Liner though should have raised flag straight away as he was so far offside. Robbed of the points and as a club we need to call out the ref.

We were the by far the better side and if “that” goal wasn’t given we would have seen it out with a professional performance. It is disgraceful.

Professional performance? We were terrible after scoring! 15 minutes of giving the ball away and United growing into the game. They were looking more and more dangerous as the game went on despite us being 0-1 up.

We kept trying to force passes and go for 0-2 but the passes were shit. We should have slowed the game down, Gundogan should have come on to gain some composure in midfield.
