Attacking wise he at least went forward and for that he'll likely get dropped by Pep. Defensively hes just so hit or miss and mostly miss.

Thought he was alright today but sick to death of his high risk passes

Outside of his foot, flicks here, flicks there

Much better? 1st half he lost the ball EVERY time he had it in the final third. Play a poor pass or some rinse and repeat sidestep dribble with like a 10% success rate to buy space. Left us constantly defending counters. Ignored Phil the entire time he was on too. 60 touches, Bernie 53 touches...Phil 14. compare to Walker(61), Kev(36) and Mahrez(41) in the same timeframe. A consequence of which is making the left side of attack completely toothless. Granted he wasnt the usual defensive liability but for what he's in the team to do he was fucking shite again.

Hard to disagree, although it tends to leave us vulnerable and we just haven't got the defence for that at the moment

Really missing Dias and Laporte
I feel sorry for him, he tries to be creative and gets shot down for it. This team is lacking spark and initiative, he at least tries and has the balls to make fancy passes.

His attitude in recent weeks has been a disgrace but I’m not sure how he is the one in the back four who is copping it all today.

Ake and Akanji can’t defend for shit. Ake had two chances to stop that gap-toothed dwarf crossing and didn’t stop either. Akanji is always out of position and any simple long ball over the top leaves them both in no-man’s land.

Walker (1st half especially) was all over the fucking show and Rashford kept getting behind him.

Cancelo was far from great but he was better than the other three. Especially the two clowns at CB.

Our whole back four is a mess and he is a major part of it. Can anyone see a Champions League final being won with a back four as bad as this one. How he got picked today after his shit performance in midweek is a mystery in itself.

Loads better today, but missed a few passes to foden thats would have set him free. Still, big improvement.

Amazed anybody thought he played well. He lost the ball constantly. Generally left gaps & was 100% to blame for their 1st goal
