I agree with this. We need a David Silva. We should look to buy a midfielder who is quick, can carry the ball and see a pass. Haaland would come alive.
 
Kane to Son is the usual downfall for us. Have the defence playing slightly deeper or just stop Kane turning for once! Other than that they've been absolutely dreadful, although if Bentancur is back that's an instant improvement in midfield.

We need a response, we've been wronged and it's time to come out firing on all cylinders. If we don't win this, I doubt that mentally we'll recover and launch a title challenge.
 
They were awful against United, Liverpool, Arsenal but those sides took full advantage with goals. We'll probably be happy to get to half time 0-0 and giving them lots of encouragement. Mahrez will be fouled endlessly by Sessegnon and won't get anything for it, wonder if Foden could do similar to Saka on the right getting in behind and drive into the area.

Son scoring is pedictable but he's crap and scored in one game this season, surely we can't gift him a comical goal in the first twenty minutes.

Kdb, Bernardo, Foden, Gundogan, Mahrez, Palmer, Grealish etc. If Haaland is not alive scoring a goal every 68 minutes then I fear for the opposition when he is.
City are not a machine but human after all. They have been a little out of form. That's over now. We are going to see the boys in blue raise the bar now that Arsenal have taken up the mantle. Liverpool tried for 5 years and apart from 1 season we showed them how it's done. They're gone now. They have taken the Man Yoo position of fighting for the Europa league. It's north Londons turn to see how the City school of excellence operate. Bring it on City.

People are still fucking posting those "distorted perspective" Rodri "handball" (maybe it was, maybe it wasn't, but it was certainly not as clear cut as the "freeze-frame at the moment it most looks like a handball but it's taken from a perspective that doesn't allow for parallax error) photos from Everton last season, stating that we only won the title by a point and this "corrupt decision in City's favour" was how we won that one point.

Why? No reason why they should score 3. Our defence is nowhere near as bad as some of you are making out. Our big problem is that we are prone to conceeding at bad times usually in big games. Not ideal but not a disaster either.
