PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

Wonder what this will do for our transfer plans - will probably take a few years for an outcome and would that impact a player wanting to join? Granted, we could throw some fun little relegation clauses in
 
If you went to the courts to every top club in the premier and for all there files I’d guarantee you’d find something dodgy!

I’ve never been one for the corrupt camp in terms of decisions against us but it does make you wonder.
