Sadly I think the Prem is a far more organised and savvy operation than UEFA.I thought the evidence the prem had was the same as UEFA had?
Bang on this. This has taken soooo long IMO because they have had to dig and dig to get what they want. There will be breaches everywhere, no doubt, but what there won't be is a forensic deep dive into the accounts of every club until the powers can get what they need. I am not saying we are necessarily guilt free but that we are the ones who they have always been after. All that said its incredibly worrying. All teams will have broken the rules to some degree – certain clubs (that wear red)... will have been at it for years, however it's only us that have been microscopically looked at!
This investigation must have have been a huge undertaking, no way they would do that for all teams!
He said if, how’s that coming to a conclusion. Sort your head outOh do fuck off, you've come to a conclusion in less than an hour, you're coming across as a total prick.
This point is bollocks.
The club has haf 14 years to challenge the legality of Financial Fair Play.
They've chosen not to, and signed agreements to follow those rules, so they deserve to be punished for breaking them.
Possibly, or we’ve done wrong?
We are run as honestly as any other club, this racially imotive bull shit stirred and implemented by those clubs frightened of competition for previously stiched up revenueNot sure I want that.
Will get pelters for this but I want the club to accept wrongdoing, make some changes to the hierarchy and commit to running the club honestly from here on out. We can't keep doing this every few years.
End of the day, I'd rather a club I can feel proud to support.
Tiatto always reminds me of that stunner he scored against Boro away after running near the length of the pitch or whatever then to be ruled out for offside...We were even screwed back then ffsWhen we get chucked down the leagues, at least we might get Danny Tiatto back and have a left back.
they would have to expunge City's playing records in the seasons in question
It will go all the way to the Supreme Court if necessary. City could blow the PL awayThis case won't be decided by the 'independent' tribual, it'll be in the High Court on appeal after we've been found guilty. My concern is that will have much less scope to interfere with the tribunal's decision than CAS did. All very very concerning.
