PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

Lloyd Scragg is usually quite negative about us and was about CAS at this same stage. He was also earlier quoting Delaney ffs. He has ties to the media and is one of those wanting to strengthen his position there even if it means throwing the club under a bus.
Utter bollocks and conjecture.

He was 80% that we would would get off at CAS but was worried about the 20%. Stefan broadly said the said the same.

Yes, he has ties to the media. He advises parts of the media in his capacity as a media lawyer.

HTF you can get to the position he'd throw the club under the bus is totally beyond me.

I'll be listening to the spaces later - Stefan was brilliant around the CAS legal stuff. Better Lloyd being on it because of his profession than some of the other pod guys. But he will defer to the real expert stefan

Useless bastards if this is all true. We are truly in the mud. Might explain the obsession with net spend last couple of windows. Club could be in huge trouble and rival fans are never gonna let this down. Fuck sake!
Correct on all points.

That was uefa this is the premier with different rules\laws
Yes but the club are going down fighting rather than complying with the investigation and agreeing on a settlement

this would be the prudent course of action, unless you are confident in your innocence

but this is a calculated risk as litigation doesn’t come with any guarantees of winning out

lots on the line, with the loser feeling a whole lot of pain

Anyone wondering what the basis of “palace supporter” Jordan’s hatred of us is should be aware of this…
Simon Jordan is a jumped up southern snot who hides behind his so called support of Palace whilst glory hunting with a team that plies its trade just outside Manchester.
I have the misfortune to personally know “united’s famous songster” Pete Boyle- when united were away at palace during the 90s Boyle used to be entertained in an executive box by “united mad” Jordan…. Although from what i gathered at the time, not much football was viewed from the executive box as everyone in it was indulging in what I’ll refer to as “Columbian pastimes”
Oh I know fucking Boyley ..the rag that was always too skint to go to games...until they started winning stuff..
Ask anyone who worked at Newton St P.O.

Stefan is right, but City are right to throw shade on anything and everything. It’s about influencing public opinion which is a fickle mistress at the best of times.
I agree, we are also in the ‘court of public opinion’… which as we know has instigated this 14 yr+ shit throwing competition

you think its going to be that easy.

Not just unheralded but actually cast in a negative light:

Racially motivated all of this if it was yank money there would be no issue !

Funny that FSG have announced they are no longer interested in selling the whole club just a day before this announcement. Also, can see Glazers say bids weren't high enough, so keeping control of the club. Almost like they had a heads up from PL that we won't be a problem soon.
They couldn’t find a buyer for the price they wanted

Went to bed when the story broke, woke up to headlines like - "Guardiola odds on to leave City", "Relegation threatened Manchester City" as so on and so forth, it's that scripted it's not even subtle anymore. I'm just of the opinion fuck them all. The PL, the usual cartel of clubs behind it etc.

Take the gloves off and burn the whole thing to the ground. We've played the nice guy role for far to long time we fought back and destroyed the entire thing.

They've come for us before and lost, and all of this bollocks doesn't change who we are.

We're Manchester City, we fight til the end.
