PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

The other thing i'd like to know, is how can the CURRENT PL shareholders, make a decision to take this action against City, when from my reckoning only 10 were in the league in 2012??

The rival fan stuff doesn’t bother me — most of them don’t know fucking shit. The age of the instantaneous worldwide free distribution of rampant stupidity while hiding behind anonymity long ago disabused any notion of bothering with them. It’s the press — those PAID to offer facts, perspective and insight and with an even larger distribution platform (albeit not always free) — that bothers me. From the most innocuous of announcers to the most bald-faced of City-haters (take your pick), nearly every one will have reached a conclusion and will broadcast it, if they haven’t already: Guilty of ruining the game. All that came before is or should be or will be null and void.

I will of course watch matches on screens while (if I can manage it) listening to Alistair Mann broadcast the action on my phone. Or I’ll watch in fucking Spanish. And I’ll be there, still, every year when I can be. And here on BM. But otherwise, I will not engage. I am sure the few rival fans/press who have remained impartial will be outed and promoted on this thread and others. And when the verdict comes, I’ll read it, and make up my mind how angry and upset I’ll be then. But let the vast majority of other club fans and media-type fuckstains who have already condemned us destroy me or my sanity? Fuck the fucking fuck off.

It’s not that I’m not going down without a fight. It’s that I’m not going down, period.

And to be fair we have helped them with their sick narrative, we have and are too passive, the gloves should have been removed long ago.

The judgement of CAS was the issue, although we were cleared the time expired judgements did us no favors' whatsoever, in many ways they grew suspicion that we were guilty.
 
Do i think our club have done some dodgy things to get around FFP, yeah i do but id lay every penny to my name that numerous other clubs in the football world have also done some similar things.
Im all for cleaning up the game but were being treated as if we are the only club that is dirty in a sea of whiter than white honestly run clubs, that is obviously ridiculous and the thing that really grinds my fucking gears.

there should be a lot of outlets banned from the club after this, every journalist who has ever slandered us should be first, don't know if we can ban sky but don't see why we couldn't ban a few of their team, same with radio (talksport) and definitely need to stop giving any of them the hospitality that we have done, if they want food or drink they can queue up at kiosks with rest of us but as they don't have seasoncard discount the prices have shot up due to minflation.
 
We're getting fucked over big time, after years of plotting the red shirts and there coherts have struck, everything has been engineered and timed to perfection.
They've got there people in the right places, delayed the white paper for independent regulation, 4 years to build there case with 2 weeks to respond, my heads been all over the place since Monday and the more I think about it, the more I realise we've been stitched up like a kipper.

That would be breach of contract both with the premier league amd sky and would cost us on fines and maybe point deduction.

Also amazon would be in breach of their contract with the prem if they did that.

we are trying to prove.our contracts.are always right and honlured so why would we create more breaches to satisfy a few ott fans.

certainly ban journos but the tv games are going ahead no matter the coverage.

The only dodgy part of this was the lobbying from the G14 to change FFP. That was worse than the super league. They said it’s not impossible you just have to be creative.

What do you do when facing a problem you get experts in & we did. Money only goes in 2 directions, in & out.

The only arguing is how it’s recorded not what came in or what came out. There’s nothing dodgy we just did what was asked.

The reason they are pissed, well it’s like someone complaining you’ve cheated at cards because he cheated when dealing you a shit hand.

We have to stop the narrative we’ve done something dodgy.

Do you think for one minute any of those other clubs want us in it? We’d be kicked out for things like these charges before we kicked a ball. I don’t trust any of those other clubs one bit.

Interesting listen, I have never got the hate for Sam Lee on here and this shows he is fair and balanced and seems very much on our side.
