If the investigation panel finds that they have ‘reasonable suspicion’ (wrong parlance probably) that we’ve probably cooked our books anyone think it could be a step towards a follow on decision under the arbitrary rules I think they introduced a year or so back around the time of the Newcastle takeover that by default our owners are not ‘fit and proper’ ?No, because the auditors have to take it on faith that we've been honest with them.
One could conceivably follow the other. This could/ will go nuclear.
