Yes, because that's likely to happen - in a Steven Gerrard wet dreamI do feel kind of sad for the players. Imagine winning a trophy and playing your guts out, only to be told that it doesn't count because your club is going to be penalised and it'll be awarded to Liverpool instead even though they came second.
Was the only boiled Sweet I know to be fair .Mmmmm, I here ya but wrong choice of sweet there.
Werthers are definitely for the FOC's and of probably not interest to kids.
I thought you were joking. Can't believe this.A paid up Arsenal supporter is apparently going to be the judge and jury in City's case. Talk about own goals , surely the PL should have thought this through a bit more.
Any decision he makes will be at best considered biased. Its impossible to be independent when you have an allegiance to a rival. That's surely one of the fundamentals in any fair adjudication. And will only increase the chance of further legal action and appeal by City pending any guilty findings whatsoever.
Playing your guts out? You watched the last game?I do feel kind of sad for the players. Imagine winning a trophy and playing your guts out, only to be told that it doesn't count because your club is going to be penalised and it'll be awarded to Liverpool instead even though they came second.
What is painfully clear from this thread is that the vast majority have never had any dealings with the dibble, tax authorities, regulators etc and assume charges are equivalent to guilt
I’ve had dealings with all three, many times, spurious and vexatious allegations each time. I’ve run fucking rings around them every time when it came to a substantive hearing and I could calmly probe my innocence. These people aren’t really that bright and are as susceptible to bias and external pressure as anyone else
And I’m just a nobody from a shithole like Longsight. Imagine what someone like Khaldoon has access to?
For all those wet wipes who think just because we have been charged we must be guilty, I would suggest you don’t post on this thread again until you grow a bit of hair on your balls
The whole Mancini thing, that’s been doing the rounds for literally years, is that he was paid by Sheikh Mansour or a representative ahead of him becoming City manager. Now this is based entirely on the hacked info from that Portuguese fraudster, but putting that aside, unless there is absolute proof I.e. Mancini showed his bank details or the third party in question acknowledged they had made this payment it’s not actually hard evidence, I could for example put a cheque into my bank account for one million pounds, my balance would show one million pounds but I couldn’t withdraw it, scammers do it all the time. Everything about this stinks, the “one hundred” rule breaks to smear our centurions season, the anniversary of Munich to cast us in the worst possible light. It’s all shit and smears. Cunts.
Why would it be awarded to Liverpool? It’d be far more complicated than that, results would be queried and relegated teams or those we knocked out of competition would demand justice. The seasons would be written off with no winner, there’s no way they’ll sit through it all and work it all out nor would they just give it second place without a fight from others! It’s all too messy which is why they’ll not go that far f they find us guilty. Maybe a huge fine and huge points deduction going in to the following season but they’ll not open that can of worms of removing titles.I do feel kind of sad for the players. Imagine winning a trophy and playing your guts out, only to be told that it doesn't count because your club is going to be penalised and it'll be awarded to Liverpool instead even though they came second.
You're a good poster but it's not a thread for you mate, you'll be on a hiding to nothing at the moment in this one. You're absolutely right. I will excuse myself from this thread. Obviously didn't mean to tread on any toes but I can see from the (rather rude) responses from a couple of posters that it is an emotional time and my presence here isn't helpful. Adios all. I hope the outcome of this situation is a favourable one to City.
