PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

Thanks.
On this basis it appears that the image rights issues MIGHT be time barred?
There doesn't appear to have been any withholding any information as it appears to have been widely known about at the time by everyone including UEFA!
I havent checked the relevant dates because I don't think it is very important in the grand scheme but I think it would be difficult for the PL to demonstrate concealment of any of the Fordham matters (if those are the charges) - personally never thought it was very interesting (and nor did UEFA).

I got that, but it is also a valid question which I thought was worth answering. Probably one others are asking as well.
I'm glad you brought this up, I was thinking about it earlier.
There is a lot of well deserved gratitude to experts in their field, like your good self and other notables, but I would also like to extend my thanks to the people that ask the 'obvious' question.
I know it is a training course cliche but there really isn't such thing as a stupid question, so thanks to those that do pipe up when they don't understand.
I don't need it myself, of course, I get this shit back to front and upside down for breakfast - just thanking for a friend obvs...

For the love of God, its a witch hunt. They brought FFP into Europe to stop us and now we have this hail Mary attempt to stop our rebuild.
I don't understand why so many (so called) blues are taking the media view of automatic guilt. Its not a case of taking of blue tinted glasses, but looking at the approach to us since 2008 and the growing anti city drive since Sergio scored.

Ignoring the obvious wummers I'm not sure there's that many Blues who think we are guilty (excepting non-cooperation with UEFA at least).

The ones who do think that spend too much time on social media IMHO.

Just when you thought things were calming down in the press Yves Leterme seems to be throwing as much shit at the wall as he can...

I stay well away from social media pal, unfortunately most of the drivel posted on social media then gets posted in here by invariably knob heads

Pep must have decided to change tactic: car to car tracking. Misinformation by Tariq again it seems.

It’s good to see city can employ the darks arts when needed. That is if any of this actually did happen.

I dont disagree. There remains issues of mitigation that could be used to deflect that charge. The original emails were provided to CAS and only then accepted as evidence. It showed the der spiegel emails to be doctored to cause the worst possible outcome for City. The other interesting issue is time related in respect of how long businesses are required to keep documents. It is 6 years. Therefore requests for documents older than 6 years May no longer be available. They may have been legitimately destroyed for example. That is also not a failure to cooperate.
Not sure that the full un redacted run of emails was ever submitted be it to UEFA or indeed CAS

From the article:

"There was no evidence the bug had any connection to the City case — the accountant was working on several cases at the time — but its discovery was known among others involved in the investigation."

There's those words again - no evidence. Also, I find it remarkable that this is the first we've ever heard about this!

You don’t need evidence to go after City.

It does say that there is no certainty a tracker was from City - it says that the target was doing multiple investigations.
Obviously that's not the impression Panjy wants.

Make of this what you will, but I've just been privy to some startling information that would blow the lid off PGMOL and the power brokers at the Premier League, if it became public. It involves a recording of a conversation between the match day referee and VAR official at a recent away match, a recording that is now in the hands of City.

It's my firm belief that City have compiled a dossier so incendiary, that the Premier League will have no choice but to totally exonerate the Club of any wrongdoing. If they don't, this is going nuclear. Either way, we hold all the cards and this explains why we're so bullish about the eventual outcome. The Premier League are on the back foot, and in my opinion, are currently lobbying the membership as to how best to quietly end the process. I have also been advised that at least one of the "Nasty 9" has had board level discussions with City, distancing themselves from the others in the cabal.

Pep's press conference tells us all we need to know. Watch it again, look at the anger and barely controllable rage in the mans eyes. His attitude wasn't based upon him being reassured about some poxy finances & bullshit charges, it was because he KNOWS exactly what is coming.

Sit back and enjoy the ride Blues.

I know you're not going to tell us what you know. But can you at least tell us how you came to know it please? :)
