I think Arteta and the Arse have done a job on Pigmol, we won't get much change tonight. TV need the Arse to win..2:0 to them I think. I agree with Jesus

I don’t agree with you on this. The officials will be under the spotlight tonight so they’ll bend over backwards to be impartial and VAR decisions will take even longer to adjudicate for fear of error.

A bit harsh?
To be fair to you mate you’re a very considered poster who sees both sides and has a good debate.

I think some of us are just a bit bemused/tired of the hypocrisy like that oil money banner (displayed at the Emirates ironically), the way your club spearheaded the letter calling us out, and the “shit club no history” hymn that will be belted out again tonight.

It’s no direct reflection on you and I’ve not had an issue with your posts in recent months.

But every club has its share of twats and the Tarquins have made it personal.

I know some decent Arsenal fans and have in fact got a few tickets for our games in the past. It’s the constant smears and downright hypocrisy that’s causing the resentment. An example already posted on here shows no one is super clean.

Let’s face it. The PL do not want us winning this league this year. Imagine that and then a whipping in court. They’d be finished. The independent regulator would be a certainty, line that with the fact We are terrible with a capital T away from home. I just don’t see the lining up of whatever it is that has to line up for us to win here. I see 3-1 win to the tarquins unfortunately.

Tough one this and perhaps a little pragmatism will be in order:

Ederson
Walker
Dias
Laporte
Ake
Rodri
Bernardo
KDB
Grealish
Foden
Haaland

Inevitably, like most top flight managers he’s under pressure but challenging for the league is not as stressful as being in the bottom 3. Arteta is a passionate manager and cares which is a good thing but yes, when you feel cheated it’s human nature to over react. I don’t thing Arsenal fans think too much of it. Klopp and Pep have both on occasion over reacted to decisions.

For what it’s worth, I think Bruno’s goal at OT was offside but ultimately, it came down to a judgment call. Brentford’s goal was offside and should have been disallowed so you can understand why Arteta feels cheated out of 2 points. Anyway, it’s all irrelevant and we have to live with the outcomes.

Anyway, I fear we’ll lose to you tonight and that might mean the wheels coming off. If we are to stay in the fight, a draw is the absolute minimum.
Hi bud, do you think Brentford were denied a legitimate goal at 0-0?

Anyone having a beer in Euston later. Lack of pubs around arsenal so will probably have a couple around there and then tube it up.

Also if anyone needs their dinner later the fish and skewers on Holloway Road is very nice.

Fair enough but I’d say it’s true of most clubs that their most obnoxious fans tend to be the loudest. The banner at the Brentford game was frankly embarrassing, not to say pathetic. Fans of all clubs will choose things to rile other fans. I’m too old for that nonsense.

I’m with you for 10 of that 11 but IMO it wouldn’t be particularly pragmatic to play an out of form Foden, in the hope he comes good, when Mahrez is in fine form and right up for it.

I’m not saying your selection won’t be Pep’s choice though - no second guessing a bald bonce full of deep thoughts and magic eh?
