OMG! I've read every single message in this thread to try and get a better understanding of the charges we are facing. My emotions have been up and down as I've tried to comprehend what is being discussed and the potential ramifications either way. Please let this message be real! My head and my heart say City are victims of jealous hatred. Something this explosive would just show the world we are innocent and treated unfairly. Take them to the cleaners!!!!
Make of this what you will, but I've just been privy to some startling information that would blow the lid off PGMOL and the power brokers at the Premier League, if it became public. It involves a recording of a conversation between the match day referee and VAR official at a recent away match, a recording that is now in the hands of City.
It's my firm belief that City have compiled a dossier so incendiary, that the Premier League will have no choice but to totally exonerate the Club of any wrongdoing. If they don't, this is going nuclear. Either way, we hold all the cards and this explains why we're so bullish about the eventual outcome. The Premier League are on the back foot, and in my opinion, are currently lobbying the membership as to how best to quietly end the process. I have also been advised that at least one of the "Nasty 9" has had board level discussions with City, distancing themselves from the others in the cabal.
Pep's press conference tells us all we need to know. Watch it again, look at the anger and barely controllable rage in the mans eyes. His attitude wasn't based upon him being reassured about some poxy finances & bullshit charges, it was because he KNOWS exactly what is coming.
Sit back and enjoy the ride Blues.
Rodri handball against Everton too. IfAnd the Brentford equaliser against Arse. Surely if var was there to stop us winning the league they’d have found a way to disallow that?
I just think refs and var are shit and incompetent, and nothing to do with the vendetta against us which is purely from the ‘hateful 8 or 9‘ clubs whose boards are jealous of our spending and winning stuff so focussed on our spending.
If true and if City didn't want it in the public domain then you wouldn't be seeing rumours of it on Bluemoon.Just imagine, all you doubters, for one minute that this recording is genuine. No one, including City, would want this in the public domain, it would trash the brand and have all sorts of repercussions.
Now, of course we may well be exceptionally confident we can bat off the legal case about the charges we are facing, doesn’t for one minute mean that we couldn’t potentially use this recording as leverage to help get it put to bed that bit quicker.
I‘d also say that it wouldn’t be beyond the realms of possibility that hacking an audio link is possible either, who‘s to say we haven’t got that kind of technology available to our government level hierarchy?
Why wouldnt he tell us what he knows AND how he knows itI know you're not going to tell us what you know. But can you at least tell us how you came to know it please? :)
Yes, he bloody is, so what’s it got to do with you, you half arsed rag of little intelligence and less knowledge? Are you new around here?
I like that. Well done.Let’s hope this info is genuine and gets City out of @Dodge!
I think the offside flag before he allegedly handled negated any chance of them giving the pen.Rodri handball against Everton too. If
PGMOL was out to stop us, then they must have been sleeping through that incident.
The emails are not evidence of wrong doing. They are evidence of a conversation. They may ’point to’ wrong doing but the PL has to prove wrong doing not stupid gossip.I don’t want to dampen your enthusiasm, but magic dossier or no magic dossier (and based on previous false promises it’s not unreasonable to assume that there isn’t one in my opinion), it wouldn’t change the fact that those verkakte emails point to some pretty sharp practice on City’s part that we need to have credible answers for, and particularly if, as I’ve seen touted, PL hearing panels are more inclined towards balance of probability verdicts than CAS. If we’re pinning our faith on smoking guns then we’re fucked.
Peter Walton claimed on TV that the Fernandes/Rashford goal was "given by VAR official Michael Oliver" because Rashford had not interfered with play. I don't believe a word of it. Rashford met all four criteria for interfering and I don't believe Oliver is that stupid. We all saw what played out in the stadium. Attwell made the decision overuling the linesman. I don't trust a single word Walton says on SKY TV. Perhaps this tape will confirm my suspicions. The owner of that website helped provide City with info in 2012 that made PiGMOL remove Lee Mason from a match and moved Peter Walton to a "consultancy role in the MLS". As far as I'm aware he's a Blackpool fan who always had a soft spot for City.
I believe he also offered his services during the CAS farce.
Yes, he bloody is, so what’s it got to do with you, you half arsed rag of little intelligence and less knowledge?
Glad you realised it was a joke of sorts. Is that you Dad?

Yes I agree. When Atwell made his decision he was looking towards the Stretford End as opposed to the centre circle. The Fernande goal decison was the worst I have ever seen. The linesman and the VAR made the correct call and the referee (Atwell) overuled them without checking the monitor. Virtually unprecedented even with the current shambles that is VAR. It was obvious somethig fishy had happened from the body language of officials on the pitch. The cagey response by Howard Webb the next day confirmed my suspicions. He used weasel words (with no apology) but pretty much confirmed the wrong decison had been made. Clearly the linesman and VAR team were hung out to dry by Stuart Atwell so presumably there has been some fall-out over that.
Every time Walton is asked about a decision during or after a City game, he always goes against City even when It's blindingly obvious he's talking utter bollocks. There is something very off with him, clear and obvious, as someone once said.Peter Walton claimed on TV that the Fernandes/Rashford goal was "given by VAR official Michael Oliver" because Rashford had not interfered with play. I don't believe a word of it. Rashford met all four criteria for interfering and I don't believe Oliver is that stupid. We all saw what played out in the stadium. I think the PL looking bad is the desired outcome for everyone here......ALL the clubs owners want the Super League let's not forget that.Just imagine, all you doubters, for one minute that this recording is genuine. Fairly sure it’s fruit of the poisoned tree… but close enough…In English courts the judge would decide on the admissibility of stolen data etc. We do not have a doctrine of ‘fruit of the stolen tree’.
