How can do not win by margin such easy game with all big chances wasted? And from one attack they score easy goal because defenders could not block it and the magnificent goalkeeper tried to stop it but could not and left the door open for easy touch to score that killing goal.

It happened when we didn't have Haaland, it happened with Haaland in the side. It happened under all three of our last managers. It is unexplainable in how we get constantly caught out.

Pep can't be to blame for players missing chance after chance. He can be blamed for not then taking them off, especially the ones like Foden who had a complete shocker all game. Just as I thought had he had gotten over his no subs thing, admitting his tactis were awful against Arsenal and changing them, he opts for the same awful tactis next game and his same old stubborness in refusing to chance personal in close games.

What bemused me most was that. Okay fine we concede, its the dying ember of the game, we bring alvarez on etc etc... and the team is still trying to play out of the back. Just launch it long FFS let haaland make a meal out of the long balls and use the chaos and energy of alvarez and co to force mistakes from the forest defence.

Nothing wrong with the formation, just players not able to hit a barn door from close range

Formation was not a problem today, finishing was.

One error cost us and I do think that could have been avoided by bringing on Ake earlier. I'm one of Pep's fans but he had to react to Forest final subs.

Played very well against a well organised Forest side and couldn't score the 2nd goal.
Created so many chances. I'm very happy with that. If Forest don't score we are top again and singing City's praises. But instead it's so frustrating to let one in. Got to be able to defend a one nil lead. That's the negative Pep is to work on.

Will Ederson ever block a shot when it counts? He's usually tasked with making 1 or 2 saves a game and always comes up short.

I actually think the Rags will win it with us 3rd. They would not have missed those chances today BUT they would have certainly had 1 penalty, an opponent sent off and about 7 minutes added on, given how they and us are officiated esp since Webb returned, i think they are in with a huge chance given how we and Arsenal are playing

If we had another playmaker then KDB would be on the bench.

He's overweight and can't run like he used to. His passing has been off for ages now.

We're quickly becoming the Haaland team. If he doesn't score then we struggle for goals.

It's so difficult atm. We're trying to find the balance between utlizing haaland's strengths to a 100% while also trying to maintain the control(False 9) and spreading of goals across the whole team as was done last season
