I agree that was the decisive moment but that’s all on Foden. Terrible piece of play
 
Got what we deserved for failure to convert chances, how many times are we gonna have 1 shot an target against us and concede a goal.
 
Yep, gutted too.
We were so, so unlucky in front of goal today. Bernardo’s strike deserved to win that game. How Haaland didn’t score from that double chance is incredible. KDB lucky he wasn’t subbed a helluva lot earlier.
MOTD will be getting a swerve tonight.
On we go anyway- Europe next. Come on City, Keep The Faith.
 
Shit the bed, this place has gone from being elated and stating why we are champions and that we are kicking on to people thinking we will be lucky to finish 2nd, we have dropped 2 points not ideal obviously but arsenal have been found out, they wasnt great today, villa was junk.

They have europe back soon and not a big squad and no plan B in games. Today feels like a loss personally but if this team has shown anything it is we know how to be top of the pile.

Played well, missed sitters and this defence has given away shit goals all season. More annoying because we've seen it recently against Everton.
 
Hate those games but we get a few of them every season don’t we.
23 shots and 1 goal tells it’s own story.

Terrible game management from Pep.

It was so obvious in the 2nd half what Forest wanted to do. Attack Bernado side. He should sub Ake on in the 2nd half and at least react when Wood came on.

Foden was good in the 1st half but unstable in the 2nd half. It is understandable from a player who recently recovered from injury. Wouldn't it be sensible to have him sub off around 1hour? Mahrez and Bernado would be better RW option to finish the game with more pausa.

Walker made a lot of overlapping runs to support Foden. Credit to him today.

KDB need to be subbed in the 2nd half.

Grealish was used much less in the last 30 min. At least 3 times he was open to receive but the teammate decided to not pass to him. Is it an order to save him for midweek? Wouldn't it be better to just have him subbed?

criminal defending at their goal. especially the way we let the guy into the box to make the assist.

Gundo and KDb were unable to run anymore after 60th minute. only reason you give them full 90 mins if you deffo not starting them vs Leipzig which probably is not the case.

Phillips could have come in to help out and keep the lead. Ake too. we know what happens if we concede on target shots. Ederson will not save them 99% of the time.

giving these 2 minutes to Alvarez is embarassing. he is a WC winner who was crucial for Argentina not a 17 year old youngster.
he scored two vs Forest in home game, should have been on for Gundo much earlier.
 
Seventh game this season the opposition has had one shot on target and scored.
