Ah okay not just me then. It's meant to be around 10 days before the game, although with digital tickets I don't see why they couldn't email it as soon as the ticket is bought like with home games

There was uproar about digital tickets at home when it was announced they're coming in, its now much better than it was before them and you barely hear anybody mention it. So long as its just as easy to do as it is for the home games it shouldn't be a problem, although there's probably a greater chance of people losing phones or having their battery die when travelling most of the day to away games so maybe a contingency should be in place.

my only issue with it is I like to keep my ticket, I've got multiple shoeboxes full of them, not having a physical ticket to keep is a little annoying.
