Question is, do we need a winger who plays mainly on the left or the right? I would argue left, given Mahrez age. And Grealish starting to prove his worth. Leao and Kvicha both mainly play on the left.

He's still playing for one of the biggest clubs in the world earning a more than decent wage. Football is just his job, can't blame him if he's happy with his life. There's more in important things.

Doesn’t amaze me, I think many will see football just as a job and want the best lifestyle from their job they can get. To be honest if I had the talent I suspect I might be that kind of player myself.
