Clarke Smiths the tool that described food banks as a political weapon. He believes its not true that people haven’t got the wherewithal to buy food on a regular basis and, if you keep giving, ‘they’ - (the disadvantaged and struggling) will keep taking and, subsequently the numbers of people just trying to feed their kids and themselves will increase.
