PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

So how do you assure impartiality and non-confirmation bias?

Most jury's won't be exposed to the level of reporting we already have, jurors are certainly weeded out in the States and profiled.

We can discuss the possibilities and outcomes and whether the panel is impartial or not until the cows come home. Deep down every single City fan and official connected with and running our club knows the truth. That truth is since we became a threat they have tried every trick in the book to stop us. First ffp...failed. Then a EUFA kangaroo court that found us guilty and banned us. Thankfully we had a fair independent appeal court that overturned that decision...failed again. That should have been the end of the matter...but oh noit isn't. We now have the so called premier league hitting us with so many charges one has to stick. Most of these charges, if not all, must have been already dealt with at CAS but that's not good enough for these wankers. They want us nullified as a threat and will stop at nothing until they succed. In spite of our clubs confidence I'm growing increasingly uneasy they will achieve their aim.

To answer the second question, you have to realise the organisation known as the Premier League IS just it’s members. Therefore those appointing the chair etc are the clubs driving the accusation

Being tried by the accuser. Nothing impartial about that.
You are right. The current situation at the PL is the strongest possible argument for the introduction of a truly independent regulator (if there is such a thing). By trying to act tough with City the PL has played into the Government's hands. As Mark Hendrick pointed out the PL is being overtly influenced by a small cartel of clubs. Those clubs vetted and appointed Richard Masters to the top job at the PL. LFC and MUFC were actually involved in the interview process (unlike the rest of the clubs). The process is a farce.

Quite a lot of our admin back room staff are leaving, another one today off to Celtic. Is it linked in anyway I wonder?

We’re victims of our own success when it comes to staff leaving. A lot of them fancy being a head coach themselves, a la Arteta, Vieira, Maresca, Torrent, Manning, Cushing etc

FFS!

Merely asking a very relevant question, as had seen on Stefen's timeline that only one person needs to have a legal qualification and that shocked me.

I hope Khaldoon and company have the ability to appeal this to a higher court because even though we have faith in them, we can't find ourselves at the mercy of a kangaroo court panel.

If we do, I expect it to go the way that blatant offside vs the Rags did!

That's the only thing that's worried me from the start.. if we get a fair hearing we're fine, but if we get a kangaroo court..

Friend of mine bumped into khaldoon on Saturday after the Palace game and asked was there anything to worry about? His words were "don't worry about the charges we have nothing to worry about" suppose he has to say that but still nice to hear it.

Is your mate a time traveller, we play Palace this Saturday!
If so can you ask him for the Euro Lottery Nos for this Fri please
