Good one. City have a massive squad…. Err, no it’s the same size as everyone else’s. It might be better but it’s the same size.

City only have 21, you can have up to 25 in your main squad list.

City tend to have a smaller squad than most every season as far as the PL is concerned.

There have never been 10 000 empty seats at Anfield though there have been games when considerably more than that have jibbed in. YNWA.

I’ve seen more nonsense in the last few days about attendances at City and Liverpool so I’ve dug out some analysis and posted an article that I hope will be useful to any City fan who has had enough of silly jibes from LFC.

Basically, City have had a higher average attendance than LIverpool for all but 5 of the past 20 years. In addition Liverpool’s lowest crowd each season has been lower than City’s for every season but 5.

Also, the 3 lowest PL crowds experienced by either club since 2003 are all for LFC games, not City’s.

I explain more but basically they’ve officially had over 10,000 ’empty seats’ for PL games. We have too, but we’ve not experienced a lower league crowd than LFC’s lowest in last 20 years. In any case we don’t go on about empty seats at Anfield but they do go on about that at the Etihad so I think facts are important.

Not forgetting that famous night under the lights at anfield when in Sept 1982 12,021 paid in to watch a European cup match v Dundalk. Surely another record that they beat us on. I know the final in Vienna was only 9000 but have we ever had a smaller home European attendance?

Same here. While most football fans sort of know it isnt true its the stick they want to beat us with.

Liverpool first won the FA Cup 61 and 59 years after City and Everton respectively.

Up until 1973 City and liverpool had the same number of major trophies each, 8 so if City have no history when did liverpools history start?
