Surely the only logical next step for those in England who envisaged Brexit is UKxet. Get themselves out of this Old outdated Union where they don’t have a devolved government like the other states. The other states also want back into the EU, well except for the DUP, but nobody knows what they want. Well we do. They want above all else to remain in the UK whatever the cost. If England left the UK that may stump them a bit.

As Fintan O’Toole said with all the reasons for the necessity of a UK or GB, no longer being relevant ie Empire, Monarchy, shared vision, modern global trade, world security etc etc maybe the UK is due a breakup and maybe it is England who will be to the forefront.
Surely it’s the next logical step for English nationalism.

Colonialism is in the DNA. No way they will jettison their few remaining colonies.

Well, we do keep getting told that if England got a say in the referendum, Scotland would certainly be out.

It won't work because the English nationalists regard the UK out with England as colonial property of England.
 
Shocking, everytime the SNP appoint aleader it's somebody that supports independence. It's a fix I reckon.

It's the same old from the SNP - Ross
Douglas Ross says says: "It's the same old from the SNP, another nationalist leader, when Scotland needs a national leader."

The Scottish Tory leader says that within minutes of becoming SNP leader he pushed for the powers to hold indyref2.

He says he demanded another independence vote when he spoke to the PM.

On Wednesday he says Yousaf appointed a minister for independence.

His appointments are not impressive. You would have thought he would have the sense to surround himself with the best and cleverest people and then apply real leadership to them. Instead this is just a bunch of his pals who will try and out woke each other. It makes me sad as now Scotland is back to who the fuck do you vote for if you want competence let alone independence.
