I was just thinking that before I opened the thread. The club must be pretty solid on the evidence side, or it could be that they need the loot from the hotel, arena, crowds watching CFC, the Arse, the Rags 'n Dippers on those huge, enormous, fuck off tellies they're having either side of the new City Square, when were down to about 8000+ playing Bury again, 'n Halifax, not to mention the Alty Tit's lifelong-supported team.not exactly the plans of a club about to be sanctioned by the premier league?
I was just lucky to have access to the plans. It's been hard enough keeping quiet though. Still some interesting stuff to come out i think.fair play mate, you nailed it!
Different construction I'm guessing that the structure behind the stand will be part of the supportLooks like they’re not touching the corners. Maybe they learnt their lesson with the South Stand.

It will be Manchesters largest hotel...Keep up :-)
The club being the 1st to gain 100 points in a season is not part of history???Anything related to the History of the club, Ardwick, St Marks, Maine Rd, Kippax. The geography of the area Ancoats, Bradford Rd.
If Pep carries on and wins a few more leagues and CL or 2 there would be a heavy argument for naming it after him.
They ran a poll about the badge redesign and the naming of the Colin Bell stand so be surprised if they don't do it on this.
in-fact i’d rather it stay the North Stand than the fucking Centurions. It’s the type of nonsense stuff you see on novelty scarfs and tshirts outside the ground from street vendors.
Looks amazing. Far be it from me to cast a shadow but nowhere there, although I’m sure they’ve thought of it, does it mention parking and transport.
We’ll need a heck of a lot more trams that’s for sure. :-)
I love it.
Ohhh with the kids asking a £5 to watch the bike? (Inflation from £1) :-)I heard rumours about City building a long row of terraced houses next to the stadium where people can park their pushbikes in the back yards for 20p a match.
Problem solved.

Looks like they have changed the walls of the hotel that jut out down Mercer way from the originalView attachment 75505
Looks amazing
*lol* I definitely would be as in 3 years time I’d be 85/6 yrs old by then and lucky to be able to ride a bike!! :-) Unless it’s a tandem and I was on the back!! :-)You'll be grateful for inflation after the little buggers let your tyres down... :-)
