Sheffield United (N) | FA Cup SF | Post-Match Thread

Arsenal were watching that game hoping it would be a tough game, that we would be kicked to fuck needing to bring on KDB,Rodri etc.

Instead all were rested, and it turned in to an exhibition game.

They must be despondent right now.Fearing the worst Wednesday night.

- Riyad Mahrez has scored the first hatrick in an FA Cup semi-final since 1958.

- Mahrez has scored Manchester City’s first ever hat-trick at Wembley.

- Rodri, Diaz, Ederson, De Bryune and Stones fully rested.

- Foden is back!

- No injuries before the crucial game on Wednesday!
Big landmarks from Mahrez - great stuff

Game spoiled by Sheffield United. They're shite. No ambition whatsoever. Their fans deserved a better showing. They'll go straight back down next season if they don't spend a fortune (which they won't)

We're on a roll now. Unstoppable.
That was much the same kind of approach Burnley adopted. The two top Championship teams know what to expect next season. The gap between the top two leagues is of Grand Canyon proportions. If a team wants to go toe-to-toe they will get slaughtered.

Easy win in the end after a poor first 20 mins. Solid win and no injuries. Thought Akanji, Laporte and Ortega were good at the back. Great pen from Mahrez. Palmer looked brighter today when he came on.

Sheff United gave it a go first 20 but were pretty poor after that. They will need to sign better players to stay up I think.

Fucking hell over £150 a night hotels coming up for the final.
Where you thinking of staying ?

Around the stadium will be expensive, I’ve often stayed in central London for about £100. Shit accom but on the lash early and train from Euston Square to wembley couple hours before ko…
