Where as i agree with you, the club have to get a lot of decisions right to bounce back and with evertons hierarchy thats not a given. Fat from it.Sometimes you have to go backwards to go forwards, relegation could well be good for them like it was for us.
A complete reset, get rid of the dross and cancer in that club and start again.
With the new stadium and fresh momentum you could come back better and stronger.
Go down, clear out the shit at every level, fuck the owners off, clear the debt, enjoy some wins and promotion and then they are a better investment than the out of town stretford rag franchise
My opening offer is one King's English pound !!
Looking at those, you'd have to say Everton have a chance if they can get a result against Leicester. Leeds and Leicester all have tougher games still.Leeds - B’mouth(a), City(a), N’castle(h), W’ham(a), Spurs(h)
Forest - B’ford(a), Saints(h), Chelsea(a), Arse(h), Palace(a)
L’City - Everton(h), Fulham(a), Pool(h), N’castle(a), W’ham(h)
Everton - L’City(a), Brighton(a), City(h), Wolves(a), B’mouth(h)
Saints - N’castle(a), Forest(a), Fulham(h), Brighton(a), Pool(h)
All of those 5 apart from Leicester have 3 away games and only 2 home games.Looking at those, you'd have to say Everton have a chance if they can get a result against Leicester. Leeds and Leicester all have tougher games still.
A couple of weeks ago I said in the "relegation " thread that it would be other clubs fixtures that would save EvertonLooking at those, you'd have to say Everton have a chance if they can get a result against Leicester. Leeds and Leicester all have tougher games still.
Leeds have 3 of the top 6 left to play, so that could be tough for them. Leicester also have fairly tough fixtures. I think much will depend on if Everton can beat Leicester. All of those 5 apart from Leicester have 3 away games and only 2 home games.

A lot of the decisions will be made for them, the financial hit will be enormous and I would expect you to be taken over, possibly even go bankrupt and then return .Where as i agree with you, the club have to get a lot of decisions right to bounce back and with evertons hierarchy thats not a given. You need to be back the next season, otherwise you get dragged into ‘the division’, full of clubs scrapping to get out
Survival would be a disaster, papering over the cracks yet again and yet another survival mission next season. This totally.
Promotion is brilliant for bringing positivity back into the stadium. All they've done for probably 20 years is stagnate and that wears down the fans.
They'd just need to make sure they all stick with the team and get behind them in the Championship, because you don't want to have more than one or two seasons down there.
This totally.

I worry for them if they go down. They could end up like Coventry or Sheffield Wednesday & it took Leeds 17 years to return to the promised land. This totally.
