Vinny would be great for you. He could take all the experience of his days with City, watching how they grew, and advise on how that could be applied to Everton.

He is more than a football manager. I think he's a visionary. He's intelligent. He knows his own mind. He is destined for greatness in my view. I wouldn't be surprised if he worked his way into football politics at some point, and cleaned up the image of UEFA, before sorting out FIFA.

If you could prize him away from Burnley, it would be a great choice. He would put Everton back on an even keel.
They need to sort out the murky ownership first, then retire Kenwright, then move out the dead wood, then……..you get the drift.
Vinny could do it, but he won’t go there.

He'll probably be on Sky next Everton game and get asked how they can get back in it second half. Comes over as good bloke and will likely receive a pay off before going home and "servicing" Christine. I think he'll survive

Can’t see how he repairs his already rank managerial career from here. He needs to wrap it up, disappear from the game or go abroad and try to repair it.

For me he simply isn’t up to this part of the game.
He should have gone to one of the big two in Scotland or the States. It doesn't look good for him now. I guess him being smart and articulate he'll find a gig being a pundit
