Fulham (A) | PL | Post-Match Thread

Its always meant to be a hard and a bit ugly game due to mental aspects and Pep preety much announced it few days ago. You just cant maitain 110% of intensity at this level week in week out. Players unconciously feel a bit of difference between Bayern, Real, Arsenal ties and Fulham away with all the respect. Its even harder to lift yourself up to the mental top of the mountain away of home.

Was a very good result and its all that matters.

Good 3 points

What matters at this point of the season is you get 3 points in games that aren't a walk in the park. That's what we just did and Arsenal have been failing to do recently.

Hopefully a bit of a reminder that any game can be tough in this league. Fulham are a solid team and worse teams than Fulham have taken points off us this season.

Top of the table.

I hope Walker doesn’t make a habit of grappling players in the box. A ref could easily have given that.

I was only watching in real time so not seen any slow mo. It looked like he hurled him to the floor. If a ref wanted to screw us, that’s his chance.

Var would overrule it.
Fulham played hugged Walker. Even an Arsenal fan would give the offensive foul.

Looked really leggy after 60 mins we had done enough to be out of site by then. Some rotation needed next 2 games gundogan rodri dias grealish haaland all need some kind of rest. I'd imagine most will cone against Leeds.

I think Haaland should be given a special platinum boot and not just the golden boot

To me the Fulham player wrapped his arm around Walker who shrugged him off at which point the Fulham player went into Oscar winning mode . Can't see what else Walker's meant to do? Or do you expect him to just step aside?
